Derek Tranchina, Ed.D., is an educational leader, speaker, storyteller, and builder who works at the intersection of AI, leadership, learning, and change. His philosophy is simple: he doesn’t work with technology—he works with people’s relationships with technology.
Derek is the founder of Traffic Lite, a K–12 AI-policy and instructional support platform, and has worked with thousands of educators and school leaders on AI literacy, policy, professional learning, and AI-forward teaching.
